Start Of The Road To Becoming An Internet Millionaire

Well, this is not exactly a blog of success stories but rather a journal of failures, trials and tribulations, and more importantly lessons learned en route to my journey to become an Internet millionaire. And, btw, I am not a millionaire yet. In fact, I don't even have enough funds in my savings to buy a proper computer, but I am so determined to prove that there is a global world out here on the Internet, and I really aim to be a millionaire by the end of this year, solely through online ventures.

Sounds a bit over the top, huh. Well, that is what was promised in the sales pitch of most Affiliate marketing website you can ever find. Every guru or affiliate or affiliate wannabe like myself would probably say the same thing over and over again. And when the lies are being propagated relentlessly, they almost become the truth. Or half-truths.

My name is Alex Qhanter Shah, and currently residing in Singapore. I have a full-time job, that sucks. Primarily not because of the nature of the job, (I love this profession) but more so because of the incessant demands of the boss, the clients and other moronic suppliers and vendors in the market. I used to have an offline business, with some other 'friends', or so I thought. But that venture left me in the shithole for the last 2 years. I have been working merely to pay off debts, loans and other investment nonsense accrued for the failed business. I have even got summoned by the court for evading taxes. Paying rents for offices which we never really utilised, paying for broadband termination penalty fees that can amount to more than 3 months salary. Yes, its shitty. But I suppose every entrepreneur wannabe has to go through those painful and endearing moments.

Anyway, I am willing to go through all those painful lessons again for the mere sake of the future. I only got started in affiliate marketing late January this year when I happened to click one of those ads on Google, by a certain someone who claims to have made fortunes on the Net. The thing about his site is that, it wasn't really written in the proper manner, it was as amateurish as it can be. And that is what strikes me, his honesty, or perhaps the way he tries to bullshit but sounds like a scripted conman.

Anyway, that sparked me off. I was trying to get more info on this 'affiliate marketing' through Wikipedia and online searches but everybody seems to be holding the truth. That I will tell you this if you subscribe this, or you will get this only if you buy this product, and bla bla. I never really get to the basics of the real know-hows of the industry because that IS affiliate marketing.

And that got me off to a buying frenzy. One product after the other, and one ebook after another chasing that elusive dream if becoming an overnight success. Writing my rags to riches stories, and giving my boss the finger. Yeah right.

Like everybody had said before, "If its too good to be true, then it probably isn't"... well that sounds all too familiar. However I am really keen to find out and in this blog, you would probably find the most honest truth, no BS assessment of some of the products that I have actually bought and find them ridiculous. By no means that this blog aims to be a sales pitch.

I will list tips and tricks, product reviews and my development of becoming a millionaire by the end of this year. Since there are only 10 months to go, I had better be able to make $100K a month by this March.

Oh and by the way, I will also try to update my investments accrued (or simply Failure Costs), in dollars and sense, if I find it not too personal. Well, I don't want to appear as a complete idiot do I?....

Enjoy my first lesson. Till then.

Ciao.
